Beautiful, Quality and Worth the Money
"I searched for the most real looking, well made electric fireplace for a while and was so happy to find this one. It’s priced more than some of the other units online, but worth it! It’s a well made, solid, gorgeous unit. The finish is very smooth. It ships via a special delivery service (not fedex or UPS due to wt/size) and arrives in 2 boxes for a total of about 200 pounds. The delivery company will text a date/time for delivery. I ordered on a Wednesday and had it the following Monday. Well packaged. Easy to put together. You can just have the flames on or have the heater on too. The touchpad on the front illuminates when you tap it for selecting your options and then goes dark after a bit which is nice. It has a remote too. One thing when using the heating function, the heat element is visible in the front of the unit (see 2nd picture). I wish it was hidden, but there is so much to like about the fireplace that outweighs that. I would definitely recommend the fireplace. Wonderful purchase!"
