If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days—no restocking fees, just the return shipping cost. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. When will my item be delivered?
We ship fast. Orders placed before 11 a.m. CST on business days ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. ship the next business day.
Once processed, your order ships using the fastest, most reliable method based on its size and weight.
• Smaller items (like shelves and mantels) typically ship via FedEx and arrive in 2–5 business days.
• Larger fireplaces ship by freight carrier with scheduled curbside delivery, usually within 7 business days.
