"So far so good! Love the look and easy to install. Gives off heat to take the chill off. Don’t waste your money on the driftwood set. Difficult to arrange on the crystals and kept falling out of box which lead to breakage of the wood. Wish there was a suggested set up of the driftwood. The colours are beautiful but wish they were a little more realistic. All in all still very pleased with our purchase and price."
"The description of the fireplace indicated that it could be flush wall mounted. However, there is no indentation or other space for the cord. Now I have to hire a contractor to direct wire - almost doubling the total cost! Also, the flame colors are too pastel - the reds and oranges look almost pink."

"It's absolutely gorgeous! But it does require some skill to install if you want it to look right. You can either walk mount (which will look silly) or do a recessed wall install. It changed colors, does the optional sound, multiple level of heat, you can change the appearance with the crystals or the log. Overall we really really enjoy the look and the heat it produces, being effectively electrical and not consuming as much as the gas ones"
