If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days—no restocking fees, just the return shipping cost. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours so we can help make it right.
When will my item be delivered?
We ship fast. Orders placed before 11 a.m. CST on business days ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. ship the next business day.
Once processed, your order ships using the fastest, most reliable method based on its size and weight.
• Smaller items (like shelves and mantels) typically ship via FedEx and arrive in 2–5 business days.
• Larger fireplaces ship by freight carrier with scheduled curbside delivery, usually within 7 business days.

"This is a very cool product. Assembly was easy and the remote/fireplace does everything it was advertised to do. At perhaps 100 pounds total, it makes sense just to rest this assembly on the carpet since it's fairly easy to move around the room as part of the other furnishings. It does require what should be a dedicated 20 amp circuit if using the heater. Two things could probably add to its desirability. 1) Include the crackling sound feature as standard rather than buying a separate item. It could be built into the remote as well. 2) Offer to stain the mantle in a few shades since the existing offering probably doesn't match much of anything."
